Terms of Service

1. Any attempt of reselling,  decryption or stealing is prohibited and will result in an immediate license revocation. If necessary, Morpheus-Construction will take legal action against such violations

2. Editing or any other modification (except for textures in the texture containers (ytd) is prohibited unless stated otherwise or after the clear approval from Morpheus-Construction

3. Refunds are issued by the Tebex platform, please contact the Tebex Support for questions regarding this

4. Morpheus-Construction is not responsible for any copyright infringement with it's Tebex products after a purchase, as texture files and images can be modified by customers afterwards. No Morpheus-Construction product contains a copyrighted trademark and no such products will be sold in the future by Morpheus-Construction.

5. Morpheus-Construction will not issue refunds after the customer transferred the license to another Keymaster account. Morpheus-Construction is not responsible for any kind of loss after transfer.

6. Gift cards are not refundable, when the credit has already been used.
